Respected senior surgeons and my dear freinds,
It gives me great honour and priviledge and of course responsibility to be the new president for the coming year.Luckily for me, all over the years the path has been laid out, I have to just walk on it with all our former Presidents who has worked tenaciously and done outstanding jobs during their tenure, things have become very easy for me.With my fantastic and hardworking team, I solemnly set forth for the coming year to give you all the best we can.Assuring you of our best efforts and finished outcome, we shall be soon getting started for the most awaited programmes in the year. I most humbly call upon you all to co- operate with us to increase our efficiency and commitment to the Association .For this I have always believed that
"UNTIL you have learned to be tolerant with those who do not always agree with you,
until you have cultivated the habit of saying some kind word of those whom you do not admire,
until you have formed the habit of looking for the good instead of the bad there is in others,
YOU WILL BE NEITHER SUCCESSFUL NOR HAPPY.
